Less is more, is a comment that we have all heard several times. The question is, have you really stopped to think about it and its meaning? Have you stopped to consider how it might be applied?
We know when listing a home "less is more". Less price is potentially more offers. Less clutter is more house or so it appears. Less to consider in the offer is more likely it will have a successful close of escrow. I invite you to tell me how "less is more" is important to you! Your thoughts?
