Okay, so we hear on the news that the market is in trouble.  The reports show a gloomy outlook.  Investment gurus say don't buy.  Where are they getting this from?  The rates are down, the market is overloaded with listings and it is a buyer's market!  Get your mortgage approval and let's go shopping.  With all the listings out there and all the new construction that is coming on the market daily now is the time to buy.  In our area, we are still appreciating, not depreciating.  Real estate is a good investment.  When you hear a reporter  or investment counselor talking, ask yourself where they live.  Surely not here in Tennessee.  We have a much stronger market than other parts of the country.
