I am hosting an open house at 2050 Rhoda Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  This home is located near Pierce College, north of the 101 FW, in a quiet residential area.  It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with 2,814 square feet (according to the tax assessor), built in 1961, current list price $449,000.  This is a short pay.  Come on buy.  I will be serving refreshments.  The weather forecast for Saturday is rain, so drive carefully.  A mapquest map is included below.

The home closed escrow on Friday, March 23, 2012.  Another foreclosure stopped.  Another successful short sale story.

Since there was no sign on the property, I had to door knock the neighbors prior to the open house.  People didn't even realize that it was for sale.  The house was in a hilly area.  All the homes around it were built on steep hills.  Now since it sold, I'm going to door knock the neighborhood again this week to let them know it sold and hopefully pick up a listing.  The neighborhood is such a great place to live!  The area is quiet!  Many residents have lived in the same house for years!!  It's a great work-out walking from door to door.
