Sometimes we think we are on the brink of collapse in America. Our media jumps on us every chance they get and rings the bell of disaster. I kind-of get the idea that they have an agenda of their own, and it isn't necessarily Pro-American?
Anyway, The world doesn't necessarily think the same thing about us. Here is link to an article from the UK. Fascinating what other people are saying. Note the comments after the article -- they are particularly enlightening. Anyway, here is a short synopsis. Open the link to have a good positive read.

The US will retake economic superpower crown By Ambrose Evans- Pritchard Last Updated: 11:27pm GMT 11/11/2007 "Like a great battleship at sea, the US industrial and export machine is slowly turning around. Within a couple of years, its big guns will be sweeping the world again, ready to silence pious talk about America's trade deficit - and to menace chunks of Europe's manufacturing base.
"The fast-inflating economies of China, emerging Asia and Eastern Europe will be reminded globalisation cuts both ways. Jobs can flow from Shanghai to Los Angeles."
From my own perspective, I am constantly amazed at the resiliency of the US, our government and our economy.
I must say it's very satisfying to read something positive about the USA, even if we had to go to another country to find it! Very informative. Thanks for sharing it.
