Bloomington Real Estate for sale for less then the price of a new car?  Foreclosed Real Estate for sale in Bloomington?  Bloomington HUD Real Estate and Homes?  Free Bloomington Real Estate?  It is amazing but true.  How is it possible?

In some cases, the Bloomington Real Estate is in tough shape.  If a home has been vacant for quite a while it can be in disrepair.  Bloomington Real Estate can be missing copper, appliances, fixtures etc.

REO Homes in Bloomington or (Real Estate Owned) homes in Bloomington can be listed for much less then the surround Bloomington Real Estate because the foreclosure process removed 2nd mortgages, Liens and Judgements that were on the home.  Lets look at what that means.  If you owned a piece of Bloomington Real Estate and took out a second mortgage for as much as the first mortgage and stop paying on it.  At some point, the first mortgage will foreclose on the Bloomington Real Estate and after the Minnesota redemption period ends, the bank will own it and the first mortgage will not longer be active on the home.  That Real Estate now can be sold for half of what it is worth and the bank is ok with it.

What about buying Bloomington Real Estate before the bank has to spend money on legal fees, foreclosure sales, lost interest during the Minnesota Redemption Period, etc?  So many people ask How do I buy a Bloomington Short Sale or How do I buy a Bloomington Foreclosure? Here is a short list of some of the property that has been sucessfully sold before the bank had to foreclose on it.

What is an Bloomington Short Sale?  It is a property that is for sale for less then the owner owes on the mortgages.

In the end, if you have the right connections or real estate agent, and are willing to listen and take direction and have cash or a good pre-approval, you are going to be able to get the best deal on Bloomington Real Estate of your lifetime.
