Appraisal

Once your plans and specifications have been finalized, I will order your appraisal for you. You can then schedule your appointment with the appraiser who will need your plans to determine the value of your home. On loans more than one million dollars require a second appraisal.  This second appraisal is done by an appraiser that is indepentant of the first appraisal.

The appraised value is based on the home after the construction is complete.
