Loan Processing
Upon receiving your loan application and all necessary documentation, your Construction Loan Specialist and Processor will verify the information you have submitted. They will also track the receipt of your appraisal along with any other required documentation from other parties involved in your transaction, such as escrow and title companies.

After your loan is submitted to underwriting and approved, your Construction Loan Specialist will call you to select a construction loan program and lock in your construction loan rate.

The key to construction loan processing is a team that has experience in processing construction loans.
