Welcome to Conklin Park Condominiums and Townhouses, in Nanuet, NY.
This condominium complex was built in 1998. It consists of one level condominiums on the first floor and two level townhouses that are composed of both the second and third floor. The condos are 2 bedroom units, with 1 to 1.5 baths. The units are approximately 1000 to 1825 square feet.
The condos and townhouses are light and bright and open and airy. They have spacious rooms and large closets and storage galore.
The complex has ample parking and there is easy entry into the first floor condos as you can see from the picture above.
There are washers and dryers in each unit, making it convenient to do laundry.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and they have specimen trees, ornamental shrubs, flowering perennials and annuals.
The units are sunny, bright and spacious. They either have terraces or patios to enjoy.
The complex has an area set aside for barbecues, in a picturesque area surrounded by trees.
Bring your pets with you when you move to this development. As a pet lover, I am glad to say that pets are allowed and there is a dog run in the complex.
Residents of this complex are close to transportation, shopping, and many restaurants.
You will be living close to the NYS Thruway, the Tappan Zee bridge and other roadways that make commuting to NYC, Westchester, Connecticut and Bergen County, NJ easy. The commuter parking lot is nearby and that is where you can take a bus to NYC. Commuters are close to the Metro North railroad, too. There is a station in Nanuet and this is another excellent way to commute into NYC.
You will be close to Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, Bob's Furniture, The Nanuet Mall and the Palisades Mall, one of the largest malls in the country.
At the time of the writing of this article, there are no condos or townhouses on the market.
The last unit to sell here, at the time of the writing of this article, sold in 2009, for $220,000.
