PA Real Estate Investor Meeting: "The Big Exit Business Bucket List!"
If you are a real estate investor around Philadelphia, PA, you should know there is a networking group called DIG (stands for Diversified Investors Group).
DIG's meeting topic this month is "The Big Exit Business Bucket List".
There are usually a few hundred real estate investors from all over PA & NJ that attend these meetings. This month, you'll learn things every real estate investor should know about organizing their business and having peace-of-mind in case of an emergency.
This meeting will be presented by an experienced panel and they will cover topics like:
- how to start getting your business affairs organized,
- what you should know about business entities, trusts, wills, the probate process, etc.
- where you should store your information on your rental properties, agreements, entities, etc. and who should have access,
- making sure you are protected with proper insurance for yourself and your properties,
- what type of financial planning you should do for your business
- more!
The panel meetings are always popular and informative and this topic should get a lot of people in the room. It's a great thing, if there's every an emergency, that you have your business affairs handled efficiently, professionally and with the least amount of stress and cost on your family.
