PA Real Estate Investor Meeting: "The Big Exit Business Bucket List!"

If you are a real estate investor around Philadelphia, PA, you should know there is a
networking group called DIG (stands for Diversified Investors Group).

DIG's meeting topic this month is "The Big Exit Business Bucket List"

DIG meeting

There are usually a few hundred real estate investors from all over PA & NJ that attend these meetings.  This month, you'll learn things every real estate investor should know about organizing their business and having peace-of-mind in case of an emergency.

This meeting will be presented by an experienced panel and they will cover topics like:

  • how to start getting your business affairs organized,
  • what you should know about business entities, trusts, wills, the probate process, etc.

  • making sure you are protected with proper insurance for yourself and your properties,

David, I just joined an investors group here in Edmonton! I want to learn from their experience, but to bring something to the table, I'm offering a discount on my services to the members. If we can all work together, then we will all be stronger. I think this bucket list is a great idea.

Roy- this is an excellent opportunity for networking, whether you are newbie real estate investor or more experienced.  It's good for those who support this industry, also.  We see a lot of realtors, contractors, etc.

Chris & John- I am a member and I see I forgot to add that to my post!  I've been a member about 10 years.  It's a great group.

Peg- that's great incentive to a targeted audience!  I give members of DIG a discount as well and end up getting referrals from there.
