Another day in real estate does not appear to stop lately. It is Sunday morning. The sun is just coming up over the Sangre de Cristo mountains in Santa Fe revealing a dusting of snow. My four on the floors are thrilled and circling me as I light up the great room with this screen wondering about endless real estate today online.
In my first peek at email, I’ve learned Picnik, the delightful photo editing, site will be closing in April reminding me I better read the story and retrieve my images. Next, I see 4 new inquires requesting “more information” on homes people discovered while I was sleeping. Then, all the reports roll in on what happened last week on our marketing efforts online for our listings. Another task to pass forward to our clients today. All followed by two Ziggs.com alerts that two people have searched for me again while I was sleeping. One outside San Diego and the other in Charlestown, SC, where I thought everyone was voting. Then, there are completed documents from docusign. One an offer to present and the other a seller response to our buyer requests for repairs after inspections. Now, there are more emails, but I just remembered it is Sunday.
I will make time for all that is real estate online in a bit. Right now my life at home comes first. It is time to get moving offline. Does this Sunday sound like yours? What is your take?
