9 Comments on Ormond By The Sea Florida 5 year condo sales analysis
Hi Al,
Looks like things are getting better for you and the surrounding area.
How many of these sales was your office involved in? Or are all of these your sales?
Get ready to be very busy. I think 2012 will be a great year.
Best, Clint McKie
Al - nice chart & nice to see the numbers picking up year over year.
Interesting to see unit growth. Now, we need to see the sales prices turn. Good study.
Al, good information, you would think that those would be bigger sales months while folks are down here getting out of the cold. good upward trend on $ales
Good Morning AL, It looks like the amount iof sales is climbing steadily at a nice pace. I should go back and check our area, it is a unique look back what we have been through the last 5 years. Have a great Friday
Good morning, Al....looks like things are picking up in the Ormand by the Sea area....
Thanks for stopping by to read my blog and to comment this morning Clint, Carol, Rick, Frank, Scott and Barbara, I appreciate your comments.
Clint, Thanks a few of these are ours, this covers every sale in the Ormond By The Sea area by all Daytona Beach area Realtors.
Carol, thanks, yes we are seeing some improvement in the market.
Rick, thanks, we hope that as the sales numbers continue increasing and the inventory goes lower the prices will eventually begin to come up.
Frank, thanks, yes but many of the tenants wish to not be disturbed during their vacation.
Scott, thanks, yes looking back at the numbers gives a different perspective.
Barbara, thanks, yes we just hope the trend continues.
Hi Al,
Wow 5 whole years of data in one chart! Great job and it looks like your analysis is right on the money.
