Real Estate House Warming Gifts | Isn't Wide Open, Full Throttle Service Enough?

By
Real Estate Agent with MOOERS REALTY ME Broker License 106759

The real estate buyer or seller of property, the service you provide them as the agent, broker, REALTOR.

If the happy smiling cowexperience was pleasant, helpful, time and gas saving, is that enough to stay in their minds?

So your name comes up again over and over when the need for a real estate professional resurfaces down the line. Or so you get referrals because the real estate experience was quality, memorable, plain and simple good.

Half our job is education when you wear the REALTOR blue and gold "R" pin. Because you and I do this listing, market, sell process every day.

Not the same way because each real estate day is a challenge to reinvent the job in an ever changing landscape.

With new ways to make "home deliveries" easier, quicker, more fully no matter where the real estate buyer or seller are on the revolving blue and green marble.

So thank you gifts, house warming items, do you use them. So no one forgets who helped orchestrate, engineer the real estate transaction.

Besides the real estate banker, lawyer, appraiser or others in the property buying, selling process. What if any items, products, house warming, real estate closing services do you use as a rule and why?

Crates of fresh Maine lobsters, bushels of clams, flats of fresh wild blueberries or hand picked potatoes... food is special because you gotta eat right? Or is quality real estate service and testimonials proof enough that whatever you are doing, keep it up the plan of attack in your marketing?

Maybe for each and every ME real estate sale, I could consider leaving a small cow at the home's back door.

So the little "moo-ers" could round out the new home in a warm, live sort of name brand reminder way.

What say you here on the Active Rain platform for house warming gifts, real estate closing items ? Weigh in.

Maine, she's big, beautiful and lots of fun. Drop dead gorgeous in a natural four seasons way too.

I like to give something that will be in their homes for years, so everytime they look at it they think of me and hopefully refer someone my way!

Rene ... I think a small $600 black and white dairy milk replacement heifer cow would be unique. The moon pies it creates used in the vegetable garden. Over and over reminders that he shouldn't have ... really. Seirously what works best as an item?

I have given pretty bird baths for the garden, nice pottery vases, half barrel whiskey keg planters, art work (framed local art)..my favorites are the bird baths and bird feeders, that always giveds folks a warm and fuzzy.
