Vickie... I'll be looking forward to seeing your 2012 iteration... btw, I don't normally look at market reports as I'm not in the market to buy a home. But, maybe I should re-think this - how will I ascertain who will be moving if I'm not familiar with buying/selling activity?
Vickie:
Your reports all look good. I haven't found a formula I like best. I am still experimenting and keep changing my market report format. I do use charts. I use Claris Metric's charts which are big, bold and eye catching. And I intersperse my market reports with photos or videos of the type of home or condo I am reporting on and the nearby amenities. My market reports are becoming a big production and very time consuming. Hopefully when I find the formula I like, my reports will be easier to write.
Having a plan and assessing and reassessing your results will lead to growth. Congrats on all your efforts Vickie and best of luck in this new year with your evolving look.
I really like the link layout. Great job Vickie!
Hi Vickie, I do both localism and market reports....and plan to do more market reports in 2012.
Vickie I'm noticed your metapamorphis from caterpillar to butterfly. You inspire me.
I'm right there with you for 2012 Vickie. Time to assess...reassess and make changes for the New Year. All the best!
