FAIRFIELD SALE PENDING IN 11 DAYS

The New Year has brought a flurry of Buyer Activity....in the First week of January there were 4 showing requests for my Luxury Fairfield Home.

Plus I held an Open House, which brought in over 20 couples.

Fairfield Sale-Fred Carver The Following Week on Day 11 of the Listing....The Seller Accepted one of two offers on this absolutely Gorgeous 2008 home... The Buyers Conditions have been removed the the home is SOLD.

Nice way to start out the Year. I getting Similar busy activity with other Listings and motivated Buyers

I’m working on another Offer today from an Agent with First Time Home Buyers.

2012 is Going to be a Great Year.
