What Hauser Lake had in common with Fernan Lake is that there were just two waterfront homes for sale at any time in all of 2011.
And just like Fernan Lake, on Hauser Lake there were no waterfront homes that sold in 2011. At the end of the year, each of the two lakes saw just one active waterfront home for sale, with a second that had expired.
Hauser Lake's waterfront home listed for sale at year end was $299,900. Hauser Lake's expired waterfront home for sale had been listed at $595,000.
