Isn't that an oxymoron?   Newest Historic District.  Doesn't it have to be old to be historic?  and who determines when something becomes historic?

Cameron., Good question. It is the area that is historic. ( You can have a new home in a historic district but it must follow the guide lines of the community.)

This area was recognized as 'Historic' in 2003.

Laura, As  a Feng Shui expert, you would love  what's happening in this perfect home.

Never have I wanted to see the two words "TO0 LATE" on a listing.

Just a wonderful feeling and a sense of relief.

We can't thank you enough.  Just speechless. :)

Jimmy, I love those two words!

This has been the best experience and you both have been a pleasure! The list provided for the buyer, inspector and soon for the appraiser is just perfect. It was helpful today clearing up a couple of points at the home inspection.
