Those are some beautiful homes.  I have been selling a lot of condos,  How is the higher markets? Slowing down or still ok?

JEFF - I feel that the higher-end market has been slow for awhile.  We sell a little of everything (i.e. all over town, all price ranges), honestly.  Are you focused on the downtown area, or elsewhere?

I try to stay central to RR to Slaughter, but if the price is right I can go anywhere.  I usually have been selling the $600,000 and below.  I never quit got to the big ones yet.

From my talks with agents around Austin, I think the larger sales are more rare than I used to think.  We have been very fortunate to get a few very large sales in the $2-4 million range, but not very often.  I try to focus on the areas you mentioned, although I do work Georgetown sometimes as well.  Where have you had most of your condo sales lately?

Jason, true story........ I woke up yesterday morning and I had been dreaming about all your posts on What a home in Austin will cost you. In the dream I was copying the idea, What a home in Ann Arbor will cost you and so I wrote one and all hell broke out on Activerain. "Missy, stole Jason's idea, Missy sold Jason's idea".  Is that WEIRD or what ???

MISSY - That is a crazy/funny dream.  Thanks for sharing it - I guess that means that these posts are memorable at least.  If you want to use the idea, please feel free, though.  Brian has started using this concept in his market now.

LOLA - Yes, there are some terrific places here in Austin.  I was thinking the same thing about Missy's dream.  This is the first one I have done in two weeks, so the timing was really interesting.

MISSY - Go for it, if you think it would make a good series in Ann Arbor.  I would be interested to see it myself.

KAY - I like these, too.  Yes, Austin has some awesome hill country views to offer.  I hope you have a great weekend.

Jason- I love this series that you did. Have you been getting calls from doing this? It is a lot of work to put together but I bet you get some great google juice and I would think, lots of hits from outside of AR. Have you checked your stats on these? We have a salt water pool and it is the best thing we ever did, no more smell of chlorine and just good healthy saltwater! Katerina

ROBERTA - I would be a little worried if you didn't pick yourself to represent you. :-)

KATERINA - I have had some interest and calls from these, but nothing solid yet.  I honestly don't know how to check the stats for these specific pages.  Any suggestions?

Jason- go to your statistic page and look at the posts and see how many views you had for each of these posts. Go to mybloglog ( do you have that?) and click on your site stats and you can see even where the people came from. You can call me about it for more details. Katerina
