If Buyer is closing on the Property believing conditions exist at the Property that require repair and agrees to a credit equal to the Repair Limit as allowed by this Paragraph 15B, can this credit be on the Settlement Statement (HUD)

Will appreciate all in put on this.

It depends on the type loan.  Most loans will not allow it so if I were you I'd not plan on it.
