MY FIRST SALE AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT!!!!

I'm so excited! Sold a golf lot in Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, GA at beautiful Lake Oconee!!! My buyer can't wait to get out on the Oconee Course, and enjoy lounging by the pool at the Lake Club!

My first sale happened 6 months after getting my license... took 48 hours for the "sold" sign to go up. It was a very small 2 bedrooms house but how sweet was the feeling of accomplishment!

I remember my first sale as a buyers agent. After the closing, the seller filed a complaint with DBPR claiming that the buyer was represented but that they were not. True story.
