Brad - I just had to stop back by and share.  I played with this last night and created one for one of my mortgage clients with their 3 loan officers on it (I'm an appraiser also) and sent it to her.  About an hour ago I got an email where she had sent the link to her entire email address book, she loved it so much. 

Today I made a mortgage lender and her 500 closest friends (lol) smile and she credited it to my appraisal company with a link to our other blog in her email to them!  Thanks!

When I said Viral in the title of this post, I never thought I'd get an email asking me if the post contained a computer virus?!?  Viral meaning that this gift is like a smile, when you give it to someone, they want to return the favor by smiling back, or share it with others!  Guess you need to open your gift to understand what "Holidays Goes Viral" means, or just read some of these comments above, it will make more sense.
