Properties sold at about 60% of original list price while selling at 94% of the most recent list price. When homes for sale were placed at close to market value they went under contract You will notice this in the Average Original List Price and the Average List price noted in the chart to the right.
Currently the absorption rate is 7.5. This means if all available properties on the market would sell at the rate experienced in December 2011 all the homes would sell in about 7.5 months. This is indicative of a fairly stable market.
