Tolleson is a small suburb in the western Valley of the Sun. Its agricultural origins are evident in many of the properties there, as they remain under cultivation. Others are small acreages and there are some newer subdivisions as well.
Today there are only 66 listings actively for sale on the MLS. Prices range from 20 to 450K but I have selected a mid range home priced at $126,000.00 to feature here. This is a Model home, never lived in, slate floors throughout, 4/2, 1738 SF, looks like a great buy for someone.

Cromford figures include AWC contracts in the active count. There would be 66 actives and 82 AWC listings today. Inventory is a bit over two months and price per square foot is finally rising. Interest rates at a lifetime low, could there be a better time to buy?
