This is an excellent example of how critical proofreading is!  What we post and put on the MLS needs to be read and then reread two perhaps three times!  Very embarrassing for a client to see that his/her agent made such a typo!

SPELL CHECK is a great tool that would definitely prevent such mis-spelled words like SEPERATE, ASESSOR, SUROUND & CULDESUCK. Sometimes you just have to slow down, stretch the thumbs and reread your work before clicking the SUBMIT button.
