Are you “pugnacious” when it comes to your clients?

You’re darn Skippy I am when it comes to this.  In fact I’ve come close to going over the line because I believe so much in this.  Since I began in this business I’ve tried to curb this tendency.  You know it’s very hard to do this for me anyway the meaning of (pug na’shes) is eager and ready to fight; quarrelsome.  Are you ready to fight for your clients?

I think sometimes agents are so concerned with fighting for their clients they forget to look at the big picture and if they are treating both parties fair and honest. I fight for things I feel are right but I also keep in mind their goals...

Hello James,

As long as we are along side of our client's and not against them. We need to be "pugnacious" for our client's even if they are not with us.

Some are so layed back it's scary. We need to continue the fight even if th client, has all but given up.

Best, Clint McKie

James. love that word "pugnacious." I'm pugnacious when I have to be, but I prefer cooperation instead.

Pugnacious is a word my college soccer coach used a lot!  That's how he wanted us to be!  And we were!
