There are changes coming to North Lake Tahoe!
More specifically, Kings Beach to Crystal Bay. For those of you familiar with these areas you will agree this is a long over due necessity. Our "quaint" and "charming" town needs some TLC.

The "enhancement program" is a collaboration between TRPA (Tahoe Regional Planning Agency) and local governement jurisdictions.
The goal of each project is to improve Community-Environment-Economy-Transportation-Accommodations-Housing
As a full time resident and business owner in Lake Tahoe since 1983, I am excited to see the changes that I believe will revitalize our beautiful area and encourage more visitors in sharing what we are so lucky to live in full time.
