Bollinger Hills Market Update

There were 12 homes that sold in 2011 as compared to 2010 of only 9 closed sales. The average sales price is down approximately 9 percent from the 2010 sales. There is currently one home on the market on Morgan listed at $650,000 and two pending sales priced from $629,000 to $749,000.

Some of the homes have incredible views of Mt. Diablo and the valley attributing to an average of 27 days on the market from time of listing until a contract for sale.
