Wanda, a very nice feeling being with happy clients as they se their future home marked out on the lot!
Connie, When everything finally comes together, it is an exciting time for clients (me too!)! I went by yesterday and the contractors are at the plumbing stage already.
Ahhh! the red soil is the first thing I notice and the wide open skies. Best of luck to your clients as they get to build that wonderful home.

Breaking ground is a very good sign of things getting better in the housing market.
Cal, I love the Cliffs of Snow Canyon area, it is peaceful feels oh so good and understand why people choose to live there!
Brian, There is builder activity all over southern Utah and can appreciate the forward progress we've made in the last year.
Wanda
It's always good to see new construction.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Nice to see ground breaking again.
I like the buyers to be around when the home is lai out on the lot. It stops one of the big complaints I hear.
Lou, Agreed and it is a promise kept!
Bill, We see new construction in many areas here in southern Utah, it is motivating forward!
Another picture reminding me of the slogan in Kanaab, "the greatest earth on show", Wanda
Something very exciting about breaking ground for new construction Wanda................good sign of the times.
Very cool, however our soil here in Gettysburg is boring brown....
Chris, Southern Utah has much to offer!
Roger, It is a great time to build here in southern Utah while construction costs are still reasonable!
Gerry, If you come to visit, do not wear white socks, the red stain will forever be held within the fibers! That was the warning I got when we first visited this place back in the early 70s!
I am so impressed by the wide open spaces and beautiful scenery. New construction means so much to the economy.
Liz, This is one of my favorite communities here in southern Utah. The views go on forever!
Personally I prefer the scent of coffee in the morning to dirt! But I do like seeing new construction. That just means more jobs, new homes, and the economy is heading in a positive direction.
Wanda, I gotta go along with Craig on this one...all of it...I'm sure you know we have all that red dirt here in Alabama too.
Craig & Nick, New construction brings many positive aspects to every economy. Southern Utah is looking great this year so far.
Wanda
I too like the smell of fresh turned dirt and soil. Home building at its best
That color reminds me of Georgia clay........I did pottery for years and loved throwing pots with red Georgia clay!
Tom, You know what I'm talking about!
Barbara-Jo, The color is both vibrant and memorable. I do remember the red dirt of Georgia too, I grew up there!
