This condo is so pretty and to me the price is amazing. How is the market doing overall in Florida? We of course are doing well as we are sitting in the new biggest discovery of oil in the United States-- the Eagleford Shale-- so we have so many oilfield companies moving in. Our rental market stinks as there is nothing to rent unless they want to go to San Antonio and drive.
