I've never experienced much in the line of the changing of the seasons.  I grew up in southern CA and now live in Las Vegas.  I LOVE the colors and awesomeness of your picture!

Fernando - I know what you mean about Florida. I've spent some time there and I can say it was HOT!

Mary - Sometimes I wish I could bottle all this up and sell it on eBay like pet rocks! I'd be rich and never have to sell another house. Just kidding...I love to sell houses!

Sean - You caught me tweaking my profile. You are right. Did you think your eyes were playing tricks? I felt like the other pic looked too much like a spring day. I wanted the pic to reflect the season more. This one was taken the other day.

Sally, you always make my day when you stop by! Isn't it funny how all the "little things" we do just seem to be a part of how we operate. I'm quite a neat freak and I tidy up clients houses! LOL

Lizette, it was a beautiful 70 degree day here yesterday. I love it but  do miss the awesome foliage of my former NY and Boston homes.

Beautiful picture, I love Fall. This morning it turned winter here. Today will be the first time I need to wear the winter coat. We've had an Indian Summer up until today.

Mitchell, I envy you! I love New York any time of the year. I plan to be there later in January 08. Last time I was there during that time it had just snowed 22 inches. It was magical to run around on the streets and shop.

Hey, Lizette.   I do think they should consider "staging" the public rooms,  like living room and dining room.   It helps potential buyers visualize the space as they would use it themselves.   If you have any inside shots of the house you could email me and I would suggest some specific furniture placement and accessories.

Hi Connie! I think in the next few days they are going to put new carpet in a few rooms. Right now the house is totally empty. Any tips for an empty one?

Old Bessie?  What a name for that snazy little sports car you drive!

Erby - I know those pics will be pretty ones! Our fall color is a month late. Very weird! Old Bessie is my old car...a Toyota Avalon with 149000 miles on it. I drove it for the first 4 years in real estate. I still keep it to do things where I require room for clients or hauling stuff. Sometimes it's like a farm truck! It's been a good one. I haven't named the other one yet. That might be a good post!

I did get the Autumny smell though... driving across the center of the state through Sugar Cane country they were doing a controlled burn off :)... smelled nice with a touch more caramel than trees provide

Ah, we all need that old "farm truck" every now and then.
