It's crazy you can buy this much home for this much money !!! Received a full price offer on this one yesterday !!! Nothing scientific here but in the last week i am seeing movement in a higher price point. Offer on this one at 330k another offer on a listing in Southern Highlands at 340k and a sale in Boulder City in the 600K range. I like this trend maybe we are moving away from the 40 to 125k market !!!!!!!
