San Juan Capistrano is a beautiful town with the historical San Juan Mission as it's focal point.  It is easily accessed by train from San Diego and makes for a fun day trip.  It also has two new communities that are being built.  The first is Rancho Madrina and the other is Pacifica at San Juan.  Each offer homebuyers something different.  Rancho Madrina is located next to the Marbella Country Club and some home buyers are offered golf course views.  Pacifica offers stunning ocean views from several of it's lots and will have a recreational pool available to it's residences.  It also offers many fine dining experiences from La Fondue ,which serves much more than cheese and chocolate, to the local favorite, Cedar Creek Inn.
