Dear First Time Home Buyer, I've been looking for you.

I must concur with Richard Yates here.  I wonder if there has ever been a better time to buy a home.  Inventory high, prices low and interest rates at historic lows!  And contrary to what you may be hearing, there is still financing available of many sources!  Give us a call!  We're happy to answer any questions you might have.

Dear First Time Home Buyer, I've been looking for you.

Have you been told that it's a great time to buy your first home?
It really is!  The interest rates are unbelievably low and if you're qualified for FHA Financing you only need a 3.5% down payment.  In addition, as your agent, I'll be sure to ask the seller to pay for all of your closing costs.

It's a great time to be a buyer!  The home prices are very attractive and your monthly housing expense may end up being less than you would pay to rent the same home.  By purchasing a home to live in, rather than renting, you're making an investment in your future.

Here's My Introduction Video which highlights the one thing that makes me valuable to you: Experience.

Thank you for watching the video and please check me out at RichardYatesRealEstate.com

The next step is to get you pre-qualified by a reliable lender.  Let's make certain that you're fully prepared and informed about the total costs and rewards of home ownership.  Give me a call and let me help YOU.

Best wishes always,

Richard Yates

It really is a great time to buy.  In fact I always say, "lets go shopping".

As long as the buyers are confident in their employment/financial situation and the local economy isn't taking a major hit (closing of a local factory or significant round of layoffs), then the current valuations and interest rates make a great case for purchasing a home.  As always, real estate is local and so is the economy...

AJ, you stated that perfectly!  Thank you.   "As long as the buyers are confident in their employment/financial situation and the local economy isn't taking a major hit,..."  That really is key in the decision making.  Fortunately our market seems to be beginning to regain their confidence.  I wish you the very best in your market as well.

Really Zinger?  Is your inventory low or was that just a Zing?  It's funny how we have some towns that are loaded with inventory and some that have so few (I'm working on that!)  :)D

Kristin it's been a while since I've reblogged and there are so many great ones to reblog.  I think we both need to do more of these.  I've had a lot of fun with buyers the past couple of months and still getting calls.  I though I was getting into this during the "slow" season.  LOL!

I AGREE with the premise never a better time to buy a home UNLESS people do not have a job or their financial situation does not warrant it. With a tough economy that makes the qualifying hard and with high unemployment this is not even an option for many. So while the best time, it still depends on individual circumstances. It could be 0% and a FREE house and they still could not move forward. Higher priorities like putting food on the table.

Whoah!  I almost missed this comment Gary.  So Sorry!  Of course the basics are always a first priority.  Putting ones wants in front of ones needs is what got many in such a bad place in the first place.  Life is tough and the most important thing is to take care of family first, however; for those buyers that have been looking and looking and keep feeling they are going to find a better deal.  Those buyers are the ones who may be missing the boat.

You BAD Richard?  NO!  Me concur when you are being bad?  Never!  ;-).

I have been feeling like I am holding onto a Tornado's tale lately, but so exciting!

I am also being very cautious, listening to my gut and observing the ethics of those I encounter.  I have been quite blessed so far, partially due to the fact that I was very careful to choose a group to work with that has a lot of fun but are also a very good group of folks!

It is my honor to share the information you provide to your readers!  I wish you and all you love the very best my friend.  Extra big hugs (just cause I miss you so much)!!!
