What is the best Season for Home Owners to sell their homes in Las Vegas Nevada?

I always thought that the best time to sell a home in Las Vegas Nevada was in Spring because of tax season and other reasons, but I was wrong.

By looking at this graph it looks like the Season of Spring is coming in 3rd place for selling homes in the Las Vegas area.

I do know that many people come onto the Las Vegas Valley and rent homes with pools around the HOT Summer months. And buy looking at this graph it looks like some people may be actually purchasing homes in the Summer months.
