Although I don't particularly like Donald Trump, he is a savvy business man.
Earlier this week Donald Trump was on TV. He said that today and for the next 6 months is probably the best time we will see for a long time to buy residential real estate!
He said that if you can buy you should buy - if you are an investor you should buy fix up and rent it to build a real estate portfolio.
If you are a seller he said don't sell unless you have to. That is great news too - because that means that every seller today is our perfect seller - someone who really need to sell. Agents need to remind sellers that this isn't the end of the game - but that they are merely "changing horses in mid stream" and that they can make back their appreciation when they buy their next property. This is the perfect time to be buying up - that is how we create wealth in real estate.
