What a wide range of sale prices, Andrea. Good to see things moving. Love the idea of "The Highway to Heaven".
Hi Mona, the wide range of sale prices would mostly be due to the variety. Older subdivisions vs. newer developments with generous lot sizes - no cookie cutter here! The occasional foreclosure or 'handyman-special' also plays a role of course, typically you would not find a property priced at 175K in that area.
