This is a very smart idea, because many brokers are seeing agents leave due to hard to get sales, when in reality they can make up the difference by becoming more efficient. Additionally, you can save real estate offices from closing and a whole lot of headaches for all their clientele in the process. This is a great real estate solution. - Lance
