Attention! You are being Hunted, Stalked, Captured, and Sold! Like an animal and not like some proud “King of the jungle” type animal,

more like a sardine. When you go to some sites, sites that say that they offer all sorts of answers to your questions, warnings about pitfalls, all that you need to do is give them your information. Now that doesn’t sound so bad, after all if you have questions you actually want the professional that will be helping you to know some details about you, right? The thing is you might not be giving your information to a professional who will help YOU. You very well might be giving your info to a data merchant, someone who collects (for free) and sells “you”(sometimes at a great profit) to an agent, or someone else. Do you ever wonder how all of “us” agents and lenders know that you are looking for answers?

Let me tell you this, we professionals are on the receiving end of some of the most aggressive marketing out there. These marketers work for companies that catch YOU in a drag net. They give you a very general answer to those questions that you have, but mostly they try to sell you and your information to us. How do you like to be commoditized? That’s right. You are turned from a person into a statistic and then sold as a lead. Imagine, sorted by size, rated by quality, canned and put on a shelf, under you zip code. I hate that feeling, and I wouldn’t do that to anyone.
Are there ways to get the answers you need, but not turn you into a commodity? Yes there are. There are many good ways to get those answers. You can study up the old fashion way, hit the books, read everything you can find and talk to as many people as you can find who you think of as knowledgeable. You can trade your time and energy for answers written to others, by people you know nothing about, on the web, or you can easily find a professional who will get to know you, as a human, at least a bit, listen to your questions and realizing that you are more than just a can of “prospect”, help you with your question or even refer you to a fellow professional in the area that interests you.

That’s right, For free, you can get a licensed professional to help you with you questions. I, for one have literally hundreds, it not thousands, of professional associates in my personal network, (built not bought) that I can call on to help you if I can’t help you myself.
If you go to the
Mainstreet Brokers website, and want to get a
report (I have dozens, from green real estate issues to how to’s), or ask a question, You will get the form to fill out, and if you want me to give you a personal answer I do need some way to reach you, But you never need to fill that form out to get the general info. If you don’t want my help, the last thing I want to do is bother you. And you can rest assured I WILL NOT SELL YOU OR YOUR INFORMATION.
If I refer you to a fellow real estate professional, and that pro can help you to make a deal I might get a referral commission from them (or I might not) but that comes from the back side of the deal, From that professional’s commission, NOT FROM YOU, and only AFTER you successfully get the real help that you need from that pro. If you don’t like them or you don’t close a deal together it cost you and them nothing. I get paid the knowledge that I did what I could to help you. And that is still good pay. So watch out for the “nets” and feel free to get in touch with me with your questions. If I can’t help you myself, I would be happy to talk to you and find someone who can!
