Sellers in your market are not giving up squat!. Here the norm is anywhere between 2-4% off of list. I think this shows your market is getting fairly strong.

Thanks for our comments and many of the master oplanned communitities in Katy did not have a sle last year lower than $150 K. We also do not have very many foreclosures or short sales. Yes we have been very fortunate.

It amazes me how strong of a market you have by you.

You gotta love it when Sellers no longer have to through in the kitchen sink in order to sell their home.
