January 28, 2012 11am – 12pm Hula Hooping for Fitness
The Emerald Isle, NC Parks and Recreation presents Hoopdance. Hoopdance is a fun combination of hula hooping and dance. Anyone can do it. It burns calories, tones muscles and is a direct path to joy. This FREE introductory class will take place in the Emerald Isle, NC Parks and Recreation Community Center Aerobics Room, located at 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC. There is no pre-registration for this class but space is limited and participants will be accepted on a “first come, first served” basis. Come out learn some basic hoop moves, some dance concepts and some tricks in Emerald Isle, NC this Saturday. It's fun and it's free! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
