10 Comments on If You Want to Be a Real Estate Agent, You MUST Be Good in a Crisis
Chris~ You are SO right it is our job to make that mountain into a sand pile!

Marte: If they want to know why, they can go look in the mirror.

Cindy: No flying off the handle. It only makes things worse.
Eve: Good point.
i could NOT do what you do!!! Even though I'm often put in the position of being part-time therapist, at the end of the day I'm just dealing with "stuff". Great post, Chris Ann.
Peggy: Getting people to part with stuff is an art form in and of itself. Even just getting them to rearrange it can invoke a crisis. I told a seller yesterday he would have to do clean up all the piles of paper he had lying around. I thought he was going to go into cardiac arrest.
Chris Ann~ Great advice for anyone thinking about getting their real estate license, or who might be new to the business.
Donna: We are all about crises, aren't we?
