9 Comments on The Short Sale Inventory in Winchester, Virginia Gives Buyers Great Options
They're great if you can get them. Short doesn't describe the process exactly but if you have the time to see it through, you can get a great deal. I've been meaning to tell you for a while I love your pictures. How do you get those, if you don't mind me asking?
Short is a misnomer isn't it, Jill. The graphics I use come from PresenterMedia.com. They are awesome and have lots to chose from. The annual subscription is about $60, but renewals are cheaper. Nice way to stay out of copy-write prison and have good graphics to boot.
Good article for buyers - - Looks like there are a lot of options for buyers who would like to cnosider the benefits of buying thru a short sale - Thanks for sharing,Mike!
Thank you, Marcia. I wanted to do more local blogs this year, so this is part of it. I hope you're having a great week!
Hi Mike,
your information about your local short sales and the process, is very helpfull, we don't see many here but like to learn all about them.
You're blessed, Peter and Linda. I'm looking forward to the day when they're the exception and not the rule.
Won't it be nice when these sales will be the exception Mike. Thanks for the easy to follow explanation of what a short sale really is. I think there's a lot of confusion out there with consumers that don't really know the difference. I think your post will be helpful to many of them.
Short sales are something I don't do much of anymore.......too many regular deals going on around here (thank heaven).
Thanks Doug. That was my goal. So many people don't understand there is a way out for them. It's just a matter of education a lot of the time.
I look forward to that day. It has been a long time since fair market sales dominated our market.
