For what it is worth...I am having an open house tomorrow. It's gorgeous weather here 70's and sunny, so why not? If your traveling through Branson MO, stop by and see. I know it's short notice, but since we have 8 million visitors per year, maybe your planning on driving through? Hey it's worth a try right? Besides it's a great way to catch up on all those little marketing projects, and signs never hurt for extra advertisements....so here goes, take Hwy 65 to Hwy 160 west and follow signs to Whitetail Crossing in Walnut Shade, MO. Lots of doctors have been buying in this neighborhood lately because it is so convienient to hospitals in Branson and Springfield MO. Hey anybody got any tips for an open house? I would love to know if it works for you and what you do. Thanks! Here is a pre-view if you can't make it to my open house!

Almost forgot! It's Sat. Nov. 17th 12-4

Only $379,900 Marble, Granite, Hardwood, Very Formal! 3500 sq. ft. NEW!

Carrie,

Good luck on your open house. May you have a hundred visitors - 1 solid offer and 99 solid buyer leads. I think if no one stops by the sellers know you're working hard, the neighbors see you working hard and may use you to sell their home and think of all the signs with your name on them promoting who you are to the neighborhood. Let us know how it goes.
