Good luck with your open house Gary. The holidays are a tough time for open houses but there will be numerous people in town looking/home shopping. I just set up a buyer from Tigard, OR to view homes in Everett next weekend.

Thanks Larry, we had pretty good success. One good buyer who is just in the first of the process and unrepresented at this time, one buyer who fell in love with the Maple Valley and is unrepresented at this time and one couple who are working with a great local agent stopped in an decided this was the one. Not bad for a kind of rainy day, close to the holidays, while the Seahawks were on. Nothing like good old belly to belly contact with the public. (although we pounded the web with open house invitations). Oh and one of the neighbors came over, liked what he saw and wanted us to sell his house starting next week.

Jeff, Hey good to see you on here. Sign in and fill out your profile. The agent themselves have talents and skills and know the right way to get things done, thus the people we work with make a huge difference, then they set the tone for the culture of the company. So my answer is yes, yes, and yes. Keller Williams by and large has good agents, thus great people to work with and is the company to work for. How's things neighbor. By the way when you want to hire a good Realtor to sell your house let me know, I'll be glad to get it listed and sold for you. Tell Meg hi.
