Who hates measuring a house as much as I do raise your hand!

One of the biggest reason that I tend to not like to take in a listing is the daunting task of measuring the house... OK, well, not the measuring its self, putting it all together to come up with the right number!

I consider myself a pretty intelligent person, for the most part...But since I began my real estate adventure I have been looking for a program that would make this job a little easier, one that didn't break the bank, that is!

Well today is a GREAT day because I am here to report I found it and your going to love the price...FREE! That's right I said it FREE...

Its an iPad app called TOTAL! OK those of you with a Droid stop rolling your eyes because they have it for you too! As with any app it took me a minute to figure it out but now that I have, WOW! SO easy and when I am done I just email it to myself and WOLA! My BIC is going to be thrilled to hear the he wont have to hunt me down for my sketch anymore!! No really!

Life is SO much easier with my iPad!!!!

My hand is up in the air waving like crazy Melissa! Then my shoulders are shrugging because I don't have a smart phone with apps. I've been delaying trading in my phone which I do love for a smart phone because frankly I'm intimidated. But, you've just given me some much needed info to speed me to the next level of technology. The wrong square footage is not fun when the sale happens, and the actual real estate the town card, the appraiser, everyone uses is wrong. A few feet can be swallowed but debate on the second floor and wrestling on is it a 1.5 story, 1.75 or somewhere in between makes the fun and games rich!
