It finally happened. After weeks of blogging I received not one, but two phone calls from my profile! The first was a real estate investment company interested in giving me their listings in Southern California. Apparently they purchase R.E.O.'s from the banks at a discount then turn around and sell them for a profit. We talked for a good half hour going over all the different scenarios and what I can do to help them. Hopefully our meeting next week will get them sold!

The second phone call was from another investor who saw my listing (I need to get the rest of them uploaded) and wants to see it this weekend! It seems to fit his needs and is priced well below market.

I could hardly believe it when I received these two calls today. It made me want to scream at the top of my lungs that this site really does work! So far all you agents that think this site doesn't work, I have just proven you wrong. Thank you ActiveRain and keep up the good work!
