There are days when our inboxes seem to never empty, the phone won't stop buzzing, deadlines are on the horizon and you don't even have time to use the bathroom. You respond to a few emails and fix a few bugs and you feel like you haven't even made a dent. These days can get a little stressful.
I find it very soothing to remind myself of something good in the near future. Whether it's going out to dinner with a loved one or a trip that isn't too far out it's good to remind yourself of life's qualities; the "why" we do all this. We don't live to work, we work to live right? Deep breaths and crossing one task off at a time helps to stop stress in its tracks. That huge, heavy stress anchor will keep you from sailing into your happy harbor.
To be happy at home is the ultimate result of all ambition, the end to which every enterprise and labour tends. ~ Samuel Johnson

"On Wednesday , December 9th, I was contacted by a local radio show host, Robert Cox, who also has the blog-site "Talk of the Sound" in New Rochelle. He reaches 35,000 readers each month, and he asked me to link my blogs to his site. This will undoubtedly help my business and I am excited about proceeding forward!"

"Many of my clients, and previous employers had found me through AR. I truly like how AR gives us all the opportunity to show off what we really know plus how we can all get along as well, not turning this into a shark pool full of competitors."
Courtney Brown (Island Sotheby's International Realty)
"ActiveRain has helped me to become a more knowledgeable realtor. By providing me with a network of contacts, connections, and information on a wider real estate community, I have found that I am more focused at work. I've found it to be an invaluable resource as I endeavor to learn more about the ever changing impact of technology on my business. I have used AR to do research, pose questions to the group for feedback, and keep an eye on what other professionals are doing to provide their clients with the best service."
