South Creek, Coconut Creek Florida

One of my favorite neighborhoods is in a great family section of Coconut Creek.  To local residents it is fondly known as South Creek.  What is absolutely amazing about this neighborhood is that people who live there never seem to move.  Whenever a house does go on the market, I get plenty of calls from children who are now grown and want to move back to their old neighborhood.  It is such a cohesive neighborhood.  Holiday time in South Creek is another beautiful aspect of this lovely area.  This section is one of the best kept secrets in Coconut Creek.  I've helped quite a few families join this fabulous community.  If you'd like more information about this neighborhood, I'm happy to offer you expert opinions, information and advice.
