I love Dr. Mercola http://www.mercola.com/and the ONLY reason this isn't about 'why organic is better' is because I'm still recovering from Las Vegas NAR and too-much-fun behavior such as this (who ARE the adorable guys with me? At left is Jay Thompson, my excellent AZ compadre; to the right, the inimitable Radley Reiff from GA)

But I digress, organic nutrition is NOT what this is about.
Overbooking your time is. Do you? And do you know what you might be missing by doing so?
There's a great article in Mercola.com this week about the reasons we overbook. Nowhere is that likely to be more apparent than in our profession, in this market, at this point in time.
We stuff our schedules with prospecting, meetings, marketing, worrying!
But so often, the magic happens when we take a moment to be still and shift into 'receive' mode.
So I'm reminding myself today not to hold my breath in anticipation but just to breathe and relax.
It's during those times of non-action, non-concern, non-ambition that stuff gets done! On the level where the most powerful, enduring productivity can occur. Internally.
So schedule in some breathing time and see what happens.
I wonder if those olives in Radz's Belvedere Marty were organic . . .

Whew. I recently wrote a post about a big "break" between now and the end of the year, and you've reinforced my thought process. You explained it better than I did, and now...back to my chair.
