Stop Being So Negative!!

There being a lot of blogs shared stating how bad the market is...

If you were to go to Google and do a search you will find a lot of negative blogs from AR.  Let's put ourselves in

the customers shoes -- would you buy or consult with a Professional who views the market so negative? I don't

think so!! The media already has the public nervous and unsure about the future of Real Estate. We have

written blogs about how many lenders fell under and the strict guidelines used to get mortgages. Consumers

read these blogs and think "Why should I try?" -- when in actuality there might be a loan program out there for them.   I

can honestly say that the market hasn't changed for me. I'm still producing like I have done in the past. The

secret is to stay focused and motivated. We all know that energy is contagious, positive or negative.

Great posting - I actually love these postings when people talk about how good it is out there.  It is contagious we need to all be spreading the word.

Thanks J.R.

Well put!  I am doing really well right now.  It is a shame not knowing the homes are selling. The prices are lower although sales are still happening.  Who looses is the greedy Seller!

Thanks JR ... there are still buyers looking and sellers that need to sell.  We just have to work harder to make it happen for them.

Hello J.R.,

Great post!!! I always go to work with a great attitude and my business has actually picked up in this so called troubled market. You will always reap what you sow and if you stop too long to stand one the complaint soap box you will most certainly be passed by. This mortgage mess was inevitable due to all the loose lending requirments and now that its here we are left with all the finger pointing. The crash in my opinion was needed to cleanse our market place, for the last few years if you could fog a mirror you could be a LO and with little or no training you were sent out on the street to do more harm than good. Keep up the good work and stay driven...the strong will survive!

Ron
