Sounds great! I did review your site and I have a few suggestions for you if you don't mind, only an objective observation.

On PV, where EXACTLY is that? The website does not indicate so I would try to add as much about the community as you can maybe photos, town hall info, schools all on front home page. Also, you have many broken links.

Please let me know when you make these changes and I will re-evaulate.
